Richard L. Garfinkle, DDS, MSD

  Dr. Richard L. Garfinkle received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis, his D.D.S. from the University of California at San Francisco and his M.S.D. and orthodontic certificate from the University of Washington. 

Throughout his career, Dr. Richard has relentlessly pursued continuing education, integrating newer and better technologies while maintaining a “High Touch” practice style. He has taken care of thousands of smiles in Portland since opening his practice over 30 years ago.

Dr. Richard is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Oregon Dental Association and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.

He considers himself fortunate to have had a great career and to be getting to work with his son and partner, Dr. Judah S. Garfinkle.
